Major depressive disorder is a mental health disorder that plagues an estimated 16.2 million adults in the United States. Most of us have suffered from depression, or, if not, have a family member or know a friend who has.
For twenty years I battled waves of stress related life events that brought on depression. I understand those days of not wanting to get out of bed. The feeling of sadness that plagued over me everyday. The feeling of emptiness and hopelessness even at the top of my career. I’ve had my battles of weight gain, sexual side effects, hormonal imbalances and mental fogginess.
Western Medicine says there is no cure for depression. I believe that we all deserve a life of vitality-and that we have the potential to create it for ourselves. That’s why I am dedicated to helping women breakthrough depression with the power of Holistic, Integrative, Functional Medicine and Ancient Wisdom.
Depression and trauma come in several forms and may be felt and held deeply in different parts of the body. Whether it’s trauma experienced in childhood or a shocker to the system from a car accident or act of violence. We can completely recover from depression and trauma.
We are at a groundbreaking moment in health and science, where it is possible to integrate the best of Western medicine with traditional and natural systems of healing based on solid empirical evidence. Integrative medicine and coaching is at the forefront of this movement in mainstream medicine.
Integrative Coaching is done over the phone or on video so that you can engage in the process from the privacy and comfort of your own home or office. Therefore, you can work with me regardless of where you currently live.
Month 1 Conscious Breakthrough Session:
This kicks off coaching in a big way. We spend up to 8 hours in one full day or broken into to 2 days followed by two 90 min sessions to ensure success of the breakthrough session and finalize goals and action plan. In total we will spend around 13-15 hours to jump start your life in a major way. You will release past-based emotion of anger, sadness, hurt, fear, and guilt through Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy (MER) techniques.
Month 2-4 Integrative Coaching
60-90 session every week with full text support, email and weekly 15-20 min reframe calls if needed.
The coaching model is designed to be a profound and life-changing transformational journey. As your coach, I will guide you through a purposeful and proven process that consistently produces breakthrough results.
Integrative Coaching is designed to support you in accessing your own innate wisdom and intelligence. Unlike traditional counseling or therapy where you look to someone else for direction, my approach to coaching helps you to glean your own insight and tap into your own internal guidance that support you in looking within for your own answers.
Breakthrough Sessions can be done in person or online. You will choose a specific area of your life that you feel needs the most attention at this time. Like, Career, Relationship, or Spirituality. Breakthrough sessions can be done as a stand-alone without entering into a full coaching arrangement.
The purpose of a Breakthrough Session is to exact the underlying problem you are experiencing and eliminate it so that you can create positive change in your life by setting achievable goals and taking the action steps to get you there.
PEOPLE ARE SEARCHING FOR HAPPINESS
The number one thing people are searching for, ultimately, is fulfillment happiness and purpose. They want to be happy with their career, they want to be happy in their relationships. The thing that brings you happiness is achieving a result. This result could be finding an authentic purpose in your career and creating more abundance while doing so. It may be finding the partner of your dreams or taking your current relationship into a high conscious way of being with your partner, and to do this you need to first overcome your baggage. The biggest things that derail a person are their unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs and anxiety.

A Breakthrough Session is designed to not just dig up the deeper issues, it is designed to get you in touch with your values and what is important to you. Values determine what we do with our time and how we evaluate the time that we have spent. Nothing is more critical to your success. When you know your values and have them aligned with your thoughts, you become focused like a laser beam moving towards your target.
IN YOUR CONSCIOUS BREAKTHOUGH SESSION
During the Breakthrough Session, you will release your past-based fears through Mental and Emotional Release® techniques, and align with your deeper purpose through values. You will set a goal that will be aligned with your dreams and help you to make the dream become your reality.
A Breakthrough session is our first course of action in my Life Mastery Success Coaching model. The duration of a Breakthrough session generally around 8-12 hours and is a comprehensive approach to identifying the various reasons why you’ve been unable to achieve your goals. Once we have elicited the underlying theme, we can then remove old negative emotions, limiting beliefs and decisions that are the unconscious drivers that keep you stuck.
Once we’ve removed the baggage, we then replace it with new behaviors and strategies that literally allow you to ‘breakthrough’ and become super-charged in the area of life you’ve chosen to work on.
My unique approach is three-fold: a heart-centered, conversational approach to understanding how your experiences have shaped who you are, combined with Mental and Emotional Release® techniques that access the unconscious mind to assist you in releasing past negative emotions, limiting beliefs and anxiety, followed practices that enable you to live a life of happiness and fulfillment from the inside out.
